Propulsion Fit Memberships are a monthly commitment to twice-a-week trainings with Ashtyn and come in 3 basic packages:
Core Athlete — 30-minute sessions, twice a week
Total Athlete — 45 to 70-minute sessions, twice a week
Anywhere Athlete — remote training
A la carte items — like an extra meetup or training session before a race — can be scheduled at any time.

Personal 1-on-1 training with your coach, Ashtyn, plus:
personal programming — for you to keep working on your own time
weekly video feedback
support to improve nutrition, goal setting, confidence building, sleep hygiene, and other road blocks you may be facing

Includes access to private warm-up space and shower facilities
$210 / session + fees
Anywhere Athlete
Fully remote training
Monthly 1-on-1 recommended, either video or in-person for testing, checkups, or to talk about next month’s programming
Monthly programming for chosen discipline (running, lifting, or both)
