Membership

  • Coaching with me is a monthly investment in your health, strength, and lifestyle. With a combo of in-person sessions, weekly personal programming, and other self care elements like nutrition, sleep hygiene, and confidence development, your monthly Membership is a holistic plan.

    There is a minimum 3-month commitment upon sign-up.

  • Training plans are individualized depending on goals and other factors.

    Individual Fitness, sessions are either full (about 1 hour) or half (30 minutes), ranging from 1-4 times a week.

    Group Training meets 6 days a week for variable times.

    Personal programming is provided weekly.

  • You’ll be given weekly personal programming so that you can continue to work on your own in between sessions.

    Based off of testing and evaluation, programming provides various work blocks that are personalized to your percentage weight, intensity, and duration.

    You’ll work with progressive overloads, with waves of highs and lows until “testing out.”

    Modifications in programming are possible if an event occurs (a race, an injury, etc.) or if regression is needed in order to retain optimal body mechanics or movements.

  • All levels are welcome! Seriously.

    I’m looking to meet you where you’re at so that you can build a better version of yourself, regardless of your experience, weather you’re a competitive athlete or just looking for some lifestyle changes.

  • Please text as soon as possible if cancelling or rescheduling.

    If cancelling with less than 24-hours notice, your scheduled session is unable to be rescheduled.

    If cancelling with 24-hour or more notice, your session can be rescheduled.

  • 1 month advance notice is required before terminating your Membership.

Payments

  • Credit card payments are preferred (recurring & by invoice). If you need to use another method such as Venmo or Zelle, talk to me about what works best for you.

  • Payments are due due on a monthly or bi-weekly cadence, depending on your agreed upon payment schedule, regardless of training schedule.

    Clients choose which day of the month to pay.

How It Works

  • Start with a consultation! We’ll take a 15-20 minute walk and I’ll also talk to you about your goals, your past training experiences, and your wants, wishes, and fears.

    After this, we’ll talk about payment and training schedule and, once a Membership contract is signed, we’ll get started!

    As a safety measure, I also need to know of any serious health issues or past inuries up front so that I an construct your personal programming and be on the lookout for specific symptoms and give proper feedback. Being aware of physical or mental liability helps me better understand how far to push you or hold back.

  • Coaching with me is a mix of in-person sessions and video feedback. Personal programming is also provided for exercise outside of training sessions.

  • Videos are submitted via the Marco Polo app. Up to 3 videos per week can be submitted for review and I’ll provide feedback at your next session or through the app.

    Suggested length: 5-10 minutes

    Feedback typically received within 48-72 hours. Holidays, travel, and destination runs may cause slight delays.

  • Email, text, and the Marco Polo app are all available communication platforms. At your first session, talk to me about your preferences.

  • The great thing about personal programming is that it can happen virtually anywhere! If we can’t meet, you’ll still be receiving personal programming and video feedback.

    Talk to me about your plans & priorities while you’re travelling, and I’ll make personal programming that works into your schedule. Or, we can move your planned sessions to pre- or post-vacation time.

    Zoom meetings are possible and upt o my discretion.

After 2 years of coaching this is what I know, its going to sound basic but, breathing is important, get plenty of rest, and don’t forget to eat.

Trust the process, the hardest part for me was getting comfortable being uncomfortable. I have done things I did not think I could do, physically or mentally. I have gained confidence in myself and my strength. I can proudly say I’m happy with the person who looks back at me in the mirror everyday.
